Before: A newly purchased home with limited natural light and an outdated Philly Chain skylight.

After: A brighter, more inviting living space featuring a new Velux VCS solar powered fresh air skylight, two newly installed FCM skylights, and solar powered blinds throughout for complete light control. We also restored and protected the roof with a Bulldog Silicone Roof Coating system. One skylight was added above the staircase and another in the master bedroom, bringing natural light to the areas where it was needed most.
